QUEENSLAND'S elusive $23 million Powerball winner is still at large, despite 16 people claiming the prize.

More than a month has passed since Queensland's biggest lotto win was drawn, but the unregistered player is a no-show.

The ticket, drawn on September 30, was sold in Nundah, Brisbane.
